Have you ever heard that it takes at at least 3 weeks to form a habit? Well, let’s make sure the habits that we form are deeply embedded and go the extra mile to 4 weeks! One habit everyone should be practicing is self-love, but many people neglect it. Not because they don’t want to … but because sometimes they don’t exactly know what that even means! Why? Because we tend to take care of others before we take care of ourselves and in turn forget what is required to take care of ourselves. I was going to wait until the beginning of the month to start this challenge. But I want to start a precedence that self-care should NEVER be put on hold to FIT in to ANY systematic system. It should JUST BE DONE! So Let’s Do this!
